The Republic provides free hospital care to Turkish Cypriot citizens outside GESY. A government service page for hospital identity cards is current, and an official index refers to Turkish Cypriot hospital identity cards dated 31 July 2013. The Presidency's 26 January 2024 measures for Turkish Cypriots sit beside this practice. The named statute or Council of Ministers decision that creates the entitlement, a current caseload, and an appeal route are still not retrieved as a series. A 2005 medical-journal figure could not be opened and is not used.123
