The European Commission's Green Line report covering 2023 (COM(2024) 265 final) records that Republic of Cyprus authorities have made application forms for roadworthiness certificates, authorisations and professional driving licences available translated into Turkish, free of charge — a documented instance of Turkish-language service provision — while no figure documents how many Turkish Cypriots have obtained documents under these arrangements. A separate sworn-translators register also certifies documents between Greek and Turkish, for private fees — a different mechanism from these free forms.123
